This policy outlines the Terms and Conditions for Payments, Cancellation & Refunds for our Yatra.

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm Yatra bookings by us.

Other Payments

• The remaining amount is to be deposited 7-10 days in prior to the Yatra.

Cancellation/Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before your departure date will receive a Full Refund within 10 working days of cancellation*.
• Cancellations made between 15-20 days before your departure date will receive a 50% refund within 10 working days of cancellation*.
• Cancellations made within 5-7 days of your departure date are non-refundable.

*Applicable Cancellation charges are non-refundable on cancellation. These depend on the category of Package.

Please Note: 

• Meri Bharat Yatra will not be held responsible for in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural occurrences, disasters, adverse climate conditions, flight/bus /train cancellations, political unrest, or similar situations.
• However, in such instances, Meri Bharat Yatra will do its utmost to assist our Yatri facing difficulties during their Yatra which comes with an additional cost.
• This may include revised itineraries, contacting local authorities, suggesting alternative travel arrangements, etc. on the Yatri’s request & payments.

We recommend carefully reviewing the cancellation policy before booking your Yatra. 

To Safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances/or change in any of the service which you feel is not as per your expectation, we strongly recommend purchasing Yatra Insurance ( ₹500/₹1000 per Yatri depending on Destination & Services in Package) for your Yatra. It will be refundable if not used during your Yatra.
