Thank you for your interest in Meri Bharat Yatra!

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for payments and refunds for our Yatras.

Booking Confirmation:

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm Yatra bookings by us.

Other Payments

• The remaining amount can be deposited 7-10 days or in advance before the Yatra.

Cancellation/Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before your departure date will receive a Full refund within 15 working days of cancellation*.
• Cancellations made between 15-20 days before your departure date will receive a 50% refund within 15 working days of cancellation*. 
• Cancellations made within 5-7 days of your departure date are non-refundable.  

Please Note: 

• Cancellation charges apply to the total tour cost, including any add-on services. 
• Meri Bharat Yatra will not be responsible for in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural occurrences, disasters, adverse climate conditions, flight cancellations, political unrest, or similar situations. However, in such instances, Meri Bharat Yatra will do its utmost to assist our Yatri facing difficulties during their Yatra. 
• This may include revised itineraries, contacting local authorities, suggesting alternative travel arrangements, etc. on the request of Yatri.

We recommend carefully reviewing the cancellation policy before booking your Yatra. To safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your Yatra.
